How to help

Throughout Rutherford and Cannon Counties in Middle Tennessee, Journeys provides community participation services, job training, and placement, as well as special services, residential care, and transportation services.

These services are provided to more than 120 adults with intellectual disabilities. With their abilities, courage, and joy, the people served by this agency continue to amaze those around them. As a result, the journey is one that is never-ending.

Get involved

If you’re interested in helping with Journeys in Community Living, there are many ways to get involved. From volunteer work to events, there is a role for everyone within our community.

WORK

Working at Journeys in Community Living offers opportunities to make an impact on others’ lives that are positive and meaningful. Providing support to people with intellectual disabilities often requires employees with special skills. Occasionally, we have openings for full-time employees, but most often we need part-time staff who can work flexible hours, particularly weekends and nights. Please call 615-890-4389 for current job openings.
